From briefing to proposal
Submitting a briefing, message or review does not create a contract or a reservation. It starts a conversation: we understand the context, clarify possibilities and, when it makes sense, present a specific proposal.
Scope
Each service has its own scope, deliverables, deadlines and conditions, defined in the proposal and in the applicable contracting instrument. The service pages of this site describe the positioning and what is usually assessed, not the contract.
Consulting and advisory services
Consulting services are informative, analytical and advisory in nature. Assistance services may include operational support in the steps expressly provided for in the contracting. None of the services constitutes a guarantee of obtaining benefits, credit approval, document issuance, ticket availability or specific results.
Suppliers and third-party rules
Airlines, hotels, insurers, operators, rental companies and official agencies have their own rules for fares, changes, baggage, documentation and cancellation. These rules prevail over general expectations and are informed before confirmation.
Payment
Amounts, payment methods and deadlines are defined in the proposal. Planning, consulting and advisory services are remunerated for the technical work performed, independently of the completion of purchases with suppliers.
Traveler documentation
Passport, visas, health requirements and immigration rules are the traveler's responsibility. LJM guides and follows up according to the contracted service, but does not replace authorities or guarantee the granting of documents.
