Data we collect on this site

We collect only what you voluntarily submit through the public forms and the minimum necessary to respond.

• Trip briefing: name, WhatsApp, e-mail, how you found out about LJM and the description of the trip context that you write.
• Service review: name or form of identification, e-mail (optional), reference service (optional), rating and comment.
• Minimal technical data generated by browsing, such as server security and error logs.

Purposes and legal basis

• Respond to requests and conduct pre-contractual and contractual service.
• Analyze and moderate reviews before any publication, when there is express authorization.
• Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
• Ensure information security, fraud prevention and prevention of form abuse.

How we store

Public submissions are recorded in a managed database with Row Level Security active. The public site can only insert records: it does not read, list or edit submissions from any visitor, including yours.

Privileged keys are never used in the browser and internal access follows the principle of least privilege.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Sharing only occurs with suppliers necessary for the operation (for example, hosting infrastructure and database) and with travel partners strictly when necessary to execute a service you have contracted, or due to legal obligation.

Retention

We keep the data for as long as necessary for service delivery, for compliance with legal obligations and for the regular exercise of rights. After that, the data is deleted or anonymized.

• Confirmation of processing and access to data.
• Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data.
• Anonymization, blocking or elimination of unnecessary or excessive data.

Children and adolescents

The site is not directed at minors. Data of minors on a trip must be provided by legal guardians, in the context of contracting, and never through open public forms.
